Ballroom Dance Classes |
The South Hadley Recreation Department is proud to offer dance classes intended for adults on Friday nights. All classes will be held in the South Hadley Town Hall auditorium.
Ballroom Dance classes have been cancelled for the 2009 fall sessions.

The South Hadley Men's basketball league is set to begin Saturday, October 24, 2009. The league plays on Saturday afternoons until March and is for team play only. The registration fee is $425 for a resident team and $525 for a non-resident team, most teams have a business sponsor. Teams are responsible to pay the officials on a weekly basis which is approximately $450 over the entire season ($30 per week). Individuals that want to get placed on a roster can contact the Department, please let us know your position, size and experience, the team managers are always looking for that information. There is no guarantee for team placement.
For more information about the league, contact the Recreation Department directly. Teams spots are extremely limited and are filled on a first come, first served basis.
There is also a spring league, information will be available in February.

Men's Softball |
Our spring/summer softball league begins in late April and runs into early August. This is for team play only and information about the upcoming season will be made available in late February. Games are typically played on Monday - Friday nights.

Tennis Lessons |
Registration Dates: held each Spring: more information will be added near season
Program Information:
Lessons will be held at the Kendall Hall Courts on the campus of Mount Holyoke College. Options include a 3 day Tennis Camp or Evening Tennis Lessons held twice every week, either on a Monday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday schedule. Fridays are rain dates for lessons.

Women's Softball |
Each season is slated to begin in late April or early May. Registrations available on team basis; sorry, but no individual registrations are accepted.
Regular season play takes place on Friday and Sunday evenings through late June. Games will be played at South Hadley High or at Beechgrounds Park.
There are a limited number of spots available, so please get back to us in a timely fashion.
