circlebullet.jpgLegally bills must be mailed to the homeowner. Banks or mortgage companies contact us for amounts due on Real Estate.

circlebullet.jpgThe Board of Assessors Office is responsible for all changes to Real Estate and Personal Property Bills, Name changes, abatements etc.

circlebullet.jpgBy law, bills are assessed to the owner of record as of January 1st. If a property is purchased after Jan 1 the bill will remain in the previous owners name until the following Jan. 1st. New owners should contact the collector's office if they do not receive a bill on schedule.
